What graduates are saying about our Dry Needling Courses...
Thanks for the message. Going great so far. I have already needled some TMJ’s, abs, hands and feet several times each. Such a great skill to have. I came away from level 3 much more confident in what I expected might have been fairly complex. You teach it in a way that makes it seem easy while still being safe.

Thanks for checking in! I'm finding inf oblique and TMJ particularly useful for the stubborn headache patients. Chris has a corporate membership so the videos have been super useful too. We get lots of patients with central sensitisation so the principles we talked about with regard to clearing out the dermatome etc has been really useful. I've been telling every fellow physio about your course as it has really changed the way I've been able to clinically reason so thank you again for being so passionate about sharing your knowledge.
Hope you have a good weekend!"

Thanks for the email.
All going well thanks. Dave and I have done a couple of sessions to practice more as well. We don’t see a lot of hands/feet (hence the practice to keep it fresh) but have done a few. We have used the rectus abdominus and the TA one a bit w good results (and the TMJ/temporalis for some HA pts). My 2 other staff have done other courses (plus we have 2x level 1 and 3x Level 3 GEMt) but their needling is far less a accurate and effective so will get them to do GEMt in due course (and the others Level 2). It is so much better!"

Hope you are keeping well.
Yes I have signed up indeed! Loving the content on the website. The videos in particular have been so incredibly helpful. It’s such a great resource to consolidate everything we went through on the course, both with the needling techniques and surface anatomy. It has also enabled me to pick bits of information that I missed or failed to absorb during the course. One improvement that can be made is perhaps better audio on the videos.
I also found the forms really useful. It’s also really reassuring to know that I have the option to access expert advice from you guys when needed!
On another note, I introduced dry needling to my brother in law, who was having back pain. He has been skeptical about needling as he hasn’t felt much benefit from having it in the past. After needling his L4/5, and the associated gluteals/ hamstrings/ adductor muscles innervated by these lumbar segments, his pain and movements significantly improved by the end of the session. I am not sure as to whether he or I was more excited by this outcome! Big smiles all around when he was able to bend and touch his toes.
Thanks again for sharing your wealth of knowledge".

"I attended the Level 1 3-day course and can vouch for this course as the most thorough one I've done. I can also vouch for Rob as a great educator. All participants were well supervised and I have recommended this course to my colleagues as they will be able to confidently and successfully apply their dry needling skills for a positive clinical impact as soon as the next day. Thanks to Rob and the GEMt team for presenting and supervising".

" Also, wanted to give Robert a little update and a thank you message. Those few needles to my adductors have been incredible! I have felt a change in my body post course, headaches and my chronic back pain have improved, and have maintain thoracic rotation range. Even my trainer was wondering what has changed cause my exercise form/technique have improved from a week ago. What i have learned over those 3 days have been so powerful and inspiring, I am so grateful for all the shared knowledge. I am really excited to begin my dry needling journey and will certainly be viewing the body and injuries from a different perspective.
My next trip to Melbourne I will certainly be organising a proper consultation session with Robert.
Thank you once again to the entire team"!

" The Needling level 1 was the most professional and informative course we have undertaken."

"Just wanted to say a big thanks for teaching me your trigger point dry needling approach.
Getting some great results with many athletes, cross fitters and runners that I’m treating at the moment.
Here in Adelaide, most physios that dry needle go superficial & leave the needles in while attending to another patient.
That approach doesn’t seem to have much impact & in fact some patients complain that the physio is looking after too many patients at once & they are not getting the attention they deserve.
The muscular trigger point approach is certainly quite unique here & getting some great feedback…so thank-you!"I want to thank you again for teaching the Level 3 course. The Foot musculature and the most importantly the Abdominal needling techniques you taught have been life changing for some of my patients. I had assessed that patients had come to a point where there was nothing left to treat until I took the course. I was able to call 2 of them out of the blue assessed them and treated the abdominals ridding them of their upper lumbar/ lower thoracic spine pain."

"Over the years I have attended many courses, however yours stands clearly above all others in terms of the quality of information presented, practical teaching and attention to detail. It is always reassuring to attend courses whereby the instructors have the passion for and truly believe in what they are teaching. It is clear that you, Brandon, Craig and Luke all share this. Please pass on my thanks to all the team."

"I have found all courses by GEMt to be well presented with relevant, evidence-based and practical information. There is a big emphasis on both safety as well as anatomy in both courses. The level of supervision is high, with plenty of practical instruction on hand at all times. I was able to use my newfound skills in a safe and accurate manner straight away. I now insist all my new staff attend this Dry Needling course."
- Luke Madden
"I found the GEMt Dry Needling courses to be one of the best courses I have done to date, and they certainly exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely recommend this course to all people interested in learning how to treat myofascial dysfunctions with this superior, cutting-edge technique. Just as they promised, I was able to use my newfound skills the very next day with astonishing results! Not only was there good evidences to back up what they teach, but it was taught in a very practical manner. I look forward to continuing to use this technique in the future."

"I have just completed the GEMt Introductory course at Milanos. I want to congratulate Robert and the team on the excellence of the structure, the information, the clinical application and the intregity of this course. It has been one of the most intense course's I have undertaken in a while and absolutely loved it."

"I have contacted the AOA, to share my views and they agreed and confirmed with me the Osteos who have attended these courses only have praise for it. Great course in every aspect. Overall the best content and attention to detail of any course I have attended..."
- Dr Jason Wyers
"I have completed Level 1 of the GEMt Dry Needling Course series. This course is one of the best I have completed in 20 years of physio - professionally presented with relevant, evidence-based and practical information. It is one of the few courses where I have been able to utilise all techniques learnt on the very next day at work. I also liked the strong anatomical component, along with the strict adherence to safety procedures. The level of supervision is high, allowing a fantastic proportion of practical to theory component. Just as they promised, I was able to utilise Dry Needling the very next day, thats how well they educate you. Ever since i have had excellent clinical outcomes using these techniques. I would highly recommend this course to all people interested in learning the technique."
- Anthony Lance
"I would have to say that the level one course was the most useful and clinically relevant continuing education course that I've done to date.”
